Hello friends and family! I finally made it to Africa. We don't have access to the phones or internet where we are staying, but I'll try to update as much as possible.

I've been working in a place called Atterdgeville (not sure how to spell it) this week. There are so many children I've been able to hold and so many amazing people I've gotten to know. Most, there situation is tragic, but there attitudes are also amazing. The culture is so great, and people are really friendly.

We leave for Swaziland tomorrow! I'm so excited. The group I'm with is amazing. I'm growing a lot in my faith and also knowledge of the world. I really do love Africa!
